Payment Policy

Payment first before processing any order.

Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If the item does not fit, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Please do not guess your size. Kindly check our size chart and measure yourself before ordering.

Shipping Options Policy

All Katutubo Filipino items are proudly made in the Philippines. We offer two shipping options:

1. Express Door-to-Door Shipping (5–7 days) Fast delivery straight to your address. No Minimum order. Shipping fee min of USD 70.(1-2clothes)

2. Consolidated Shipping (1–2 months or less depending ) Your order will be shipped together with other orders on a scheduled shipment date (updates will be sent via email). Once the shipment arrives in San Jose Califonia, you may either pick up your order or request door-to-door delivery for an additional shipping fee but cheaper compared to express.

Package Opening Policy

Please take a clear video while opening your package.

The video will serve as proof in case of damage or missing items.

Damaged Items

Items with verified damage upon arrival may be exchanged.

No refunds will be issued for damaged items.

Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Incorrect Address

If the buyer provides the wrong address and the order has already been shipped, any additional shipping fee for address correction or reshipment will be paid by the buyer.
